One day closer, my friends, one day closer.
I woke up feeling refreshed and committed to the day and meal plan. As I went to bed last night I felt really awful from my pizza mishap…not just emotionally, but physically. It’s crazy how bad your body can feel when you eat something bad for it…I literally looked like I was 9 months pregnant because of the bloat and had sharp pains. Sorry, stomach.
Today though….today I was a champ. I stuck to my meal plan even with travel AND a stop at my favorite place ever: Peace, Love, and Little Donuts to pick up an order of the little treats (not for me) .
My workout, Flow on the Go, was a bit easier and I was happy to do it in my pajamas. But seriously….even though it is getting a little easier, I still don’t feel as challenged as I wish. Yogis, does it change?? I hope so.
This weekend is going to be challenging….I’ll share more about that later.
